  • List and Sync your selected google drive file to our platform for context and RAG.

  • Improve our internal operations and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not use Google user data to train, retrain, or improve our generalized AI/ML models. Data used for embeddings and RAG is stored in a isolated environment and only used to provide context for that specific user’s session.


4. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use Policy)

NUMA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • No Advertising: We do not use your Google user data to serve, target, or inform advertisements.

  • No Human Review: Our staff will not read your Google user data unless we have your explicit agreement to troubleshoot a specific issue, it is required for security purposes, or it is necessary to comply with applicable law.

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell your Google user data to any third parties.

We only share your data with third parties (like our integration infrastructure provider, Nango) as necessary to provide our services. We do not allow these third parties to use your data for any other purpose.
